The company was established in April 2017 and is located in Aiken Jinzuo Building in Hangzhou Xiasha Higher Education Park. The company is committed to the research and development of high-tech products and project implementation in the field of the Internet of Things.

At present, the company has put three series of products into the market: smart sports, smart electricity, and multimedia small home appliances. The products have gained a good reputation in the industry for their high level of intelligence, stability, and durability. At present, the company has 10 technology developers with a master's degree or above, including 2 with senior professional titles and 1 with a doctoral degree or above. The company is currently a key incubation enterprise for the innovation base of Zhongdian Haikang Group, a supplier of China Telecom Sunshine Procurement, a supplier of Zhejiang Provincial Government Procurement, a partner of China Mobile Hangzhou Company, and a product supplier for the Hangzhou Asian Games venue renovation project.

Zhou Lei, male, born in October 1975, from Shandong. Doctor of Engineering in Circuit and Systems, Department of Information and Electronics, Zhejiang University. Associate Researcher at Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, Deputy Director of Microelectronics CAD Research Institute, Deputy Director of Intelligent Terminal Research Institute at Zhejiang Smart City Research Center, "151 Talents" in Zhejiang Province, Young Scientist in Zhejiang Province, and Military Industry Expert in Zhejiang Province. At present, the main research directions are Internet of Things technology and intelligent algorithms. I have won the third prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award once, the second prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award twice, the Zhejiang Provincial University Scientific Research Achievement Award twice, and the third prize of the China Electronic Information Science and Technology Award once.
